Jingan Temple

Got out of the Metro, turned right and there was the Temple, surrounded by skyscrapers. Did look a bit strange just sat in the middle of such a modern city.

In the square, people were lighting incense and throwing coins at the big black thing in the middle. If it goes inside then you get good luck. I unfortunately won’t. I also met the laughing Buddha.

Before going shopping. Now this place was cool. Just how I imagined China to be.

Amazing buildings and tiny streets with lots of little shops..mostly selling souvenirs, but different to what I saw last time. My favourite thing is definitely the city at night though – so pretty!!! Or the food. Could I ever get bored of Chinese every day?!!

  1. Starbucks looked quite out of place amongst the shops. Chinese food will never be the same for you when you eat in back here in England. All your photos are amazing thank you for sharing your trip with us
