Now we’re in Varadero. We got the bus this time, with freezing air conditioning.
Varadero is a town on a long strip, with beach either side; a bit like La Manga in Spain, so wherever you are, the beach is just two minutes away.
If you want beach in Cuba, Varadero is the place to go.
It’s quite touristy here as well with lots of little stalls selling maracas and the horses are taxis.
They’re not as skinny and sad as the ones in Viñales at least.
Well, this is what I’ll be doing for the next few days until I leave for Costa Rica. Salud!
